Hot or Cold aisle containment?
Aisle Containment can be implemented by either containing the hot aisle or with cold aisle solutions.
Both Cold Aisle and Hot Aisle Containment solutions can substantially improve the predictability and efficiency of a data centre’s cooling provision- delivering a whole host of benefits.
Often, cold aisle containment is easier to implement and suits a retrofit, while hot aisle is generally more efficient and the preferred option for new data centres.
